Rockets Waive Matt Hurt From Two-Way Contract

The Houston Rockets have waived Matt Hurt from his Two-Way contract. Hurt was signed to a Two-Way deal with Houston after going undrafted at the 2021 NBA Draft.

Hurt played two seasons at Duke. As a sophomore, he started all 24 of the Blue Devils games. The 6’9” forward averaged 18.3 points and 6.1 rebounds per game. He then declared as an Early Entry Candidate for the 2021 NBA Draft.
